Participants begin with expert credit guidance from Excel In Credit, LLC — Where Financial Clarity Builds Wealth & Legacy. You'll receive mentorship to boost your credit score for better construction loan terms, while also preparing for down payments. We’ll help you explore strategies like leveraging your land to reduce costs and align with construction loan timelines.
Who Should Apply? We’re looking for individuals who:
- Have a strong credit foundation or are actively working toward one
- Are ready to purchase land or actively preparing as part of the program
- Can commit to around 18–24 months of group mentorship
- Desire to build their first (or next) investment home
Program Costs: Each lot is located in a guarded, gated community with premium amenities, including a golf course, community pools, a restaurant, and more. Lot prices vary slightly based on location (e.g. golf view, lake view). During the application process, you’ll receive full details and be able to select your preferred lot on a first-come, first-served basis.
- There is NO COST to complete the interest form. Once applications open, you’ll be the first to receive a direct link to apply.
- There will be no application fee.
- If selected as a top candidate, a $1,000 refundable deposit will be required. This deposit will go toward your final program cost and is fully refundable if you are not selected for the final cohort.

Note: Once your lot is purchased, it’s yours. If you choose not to move forward with building the home, you retain the land as an investment.
