Who Should Apply? We’re looking for individuals who:
- Have a strong credit foundation or are actively working toward one
- Are ready to purchase land or actively preparing as part of the program
- Can commit to around 18–24 months of group mentorship
- Desire to build their first (or next) investment home
Program Costs: Includes 18-24 months of guided meetings at least once a month, financing preparations, lot selection support, builder coordination, and post build follow-up.
Lots: Each lot is located in a guarded, gated community with premium amenities listed above. Lot prices vary based on location (e.g. golf view, lake view). During the information session, you’ll receive full details and be able to select your preferred lot on a first-paid, first-pick basis. After closing, you’ll be able to visit and enjoy community amenities in accordance with HOA policies.
